complete the form: Once you have a user name and password and logged in you will have options to
volunteer on the right side of the page. click on the link to apply as an Adult Volunteer or Youth Volunteer as
appropriate. 3. submit the form: Electronic

but for now print out the completed volunteer form and contact the
regional commissioner
for the location you will volunteer. You

can take the online class Course R002 - Basic Referee Online Training at the same place. let your regional commissioner know you have completed safe haven and are ready to be trained
